A new real estate company located in Ajah Lagos state is urgently looking to hire a Customer Care Representative.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a customer-oriented representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client’s inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Manage huge WhatsApp activities
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer transactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum academic qualification of a BSc/equivalent in any field
• Female
• Experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
