REAL ESTATE OFFICER (BUSINESS AND COMMUNICATIONS) VACANCY

Applications are invited from suitably qualified young, resourceful and goal-driven candidates to fill the Real Estate Officer (Business and Communications) position in a real estate firm based in Abuja, Nigeria.

Personal, Education and competency requirements
• Male
• Higher education degree, preferably related to real estate, management or other relevant.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate sector in Abuja, including full hands-on involvement in at least 1 well structured major real estate development project.
• Understanding of all relevant government regulations, guidelines, etc relating to real estate development in Abuja, including experience in liaison/communications with government and relevant private sector stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal qualities and relationship management techniques.
• Excellent communication, management, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work proactively, take initiative, deliver high quality results and possession of continued enthusiasm for work.
• Organised, good natured, respectful and courteous.
• Computer literate with experience in the use of MS office suites (Word, Excel, Power point, Project, etc) Coral Draw, etc.

Summary Job Description
• Real Estate Officer will be responsible all business and communications management relating to the firm and its projects.
