Tell ya Critical Thinking must be a prerequisite for all Nigerians. The first question to ask should have been why the heck does Osun State need to build a massive building in Abuja? Is the state now in the real estate business? If this building had been constructed in Osun State. closer oversight of the project would have been easier, not to talk about the economic impacts the building construction would have had within the State. Second question, The contract to build would have been awarded to a company, name of the company, and find out why the project was never brought to fruition Just imagine the State of South Dakota building an Office complex in the District of Columbia for real estate purposes. Even in my wildest dream that won't have happened
