So, I finally decided to learn how to drive again, but this time, I intend getting a small car for easy learning.
Two years ago, I enrolled in a driving school, but I quit after the first week because I couldn't comprehend and I have no car.

What good car can you recommend with 800k budget for a learner like me.
I want the car flashy, portable, feminal and strong
I saw one Peugeot 206 online that looks cool, but my hubby, has been discouraging me on that. What do you think?

Use that 800k to be eating for now. 800k car in Nigeria will cost you about 500k to fix (that’s if it can be fixed)

On a budget of 800k you can't get flashy and strong... Save up and add extra 600-800k to get something decent

With 800k, you can get a neatly used Golf 3, portable and strong but not flashy.

If you are a man and can drive Manual I could have suggestedyou get this my Nissan sunny 05 very sound actually want to sell 900 but I can accept 800k last for it..or you can get get this my Honda Eod too but that one is 950k last, but its Auto drive..

you can look for something like the attached picture (Nigerian used). It’s Hyundai Tiburon 1999. I’m not sure how much you can get it at the moment though.
My kid brother in the university drives one and the car is a beast (it has four cylinder but competes comfortably with other V6 Japanese cars)

Generally speaking, it sounds like a tough call but there are still some good bargains out there if you persist with your search. It may only take a while.
Can you handle manual transmission cars?
You should also set aside at least 100k for sundry repairs.

I've asked all the questions I need to ask from actual users (private and commercial drivers), online research and even talking with PAN specialists, and this is the car I'm going for by GOD'S grace. All left for me is for my money to be completed. 307 manual is reliable, affordable and maintenance is easy on the pocket.
