Opportuneke:
This new generation just solely depends on drugs to achieve everything.
Drugs to sing 🎵 🎶 🎤
Drugs to fwck
Drugs to face crowd
Drugs to drive
Drugs to run 🏃‍♂️ 🏃 🏃‍♀️
Drugs to cook 👨‍🍳
Drugs to fight …,
And the list is so endless. They just want to be high at all times.

But please remember that, no matter how high you want to be, You can never be the MOST HIGH !!!
. And one drug man wants to govern a whole country God forbid

I have dumped my interest for athletics since the Ben Johnson saga of 88 and cycling since Lance Armstrong rode into the sunset leaving a bag full of broken hearts. To me there are only two T & F athletes and cyclists. Those who have been caught and those lucky that the present testing regime is a few steps behind. I don't watch them no more. Those sports are forever tainted.

Blessing last year
Divine this year?
Tobi next year?

This is sickening and embarrassing

I doubt Tobi Amusan can ever be found taking banned substances. I am quite sure she must have been tested and retested since she broke the record in the last commonwealth games. It doesn't take more than a few weeks for results to come out so please, let's not hope for the worst.

Even Divine himself could have just been ignorant cos there is a very long list of banned substances which some athletes may ignore, it doesn't necessarily mean they're doping intentionally.

Eric Lira should be prosecuted, I wonder if these guys don't have their private doctors to check if some of these medicines contains banned substances when recommended because it seems like a deliberate attack by these people to bring them down the fame line

He broke Bolt's 200m Olympic record in an invitational track meet in 2019, he's running athletics for Texas state University I think under a scholarship which most likely would come to an end, his US Visa is likely tied to that so he may face deportation to Nigeria.
It's not just his career on the line his livelihood and otherwise improved standard of living is about to be greatly truncated.

I hope he has some means to fight this ban cause once that gavel falls his life would change drastically
He's been in the state for years now,I don't think that will likely cause deportation, what do I know tho??

Sporting angle,I think he only has some world junior medals to his name, and some silver medals in the African game
Man has not really cracked it at world lever.
Anyways,all the best for him.

Who still disgraced Armstrong? Was it a black man? Stop thinking backwards like outdated people. Caster Semenya post his picture here let's see if he's a girl

You are talking as if you understand doping protocol or human body/pharmacology/genetics/endocrinology more than others. cheesy grin

Why was Armstrong suddenly producing such exceptional performances after his cancer treatment? No eyebrows raised? Why did Armstrong get away with autologous doping for so long? Yes, it's a bit more difficult to detect than old fashioned EPO but still not rocket science. Why did UCI gleefully accept doping detection equipment from Armstrong?

How did the suspicious nature of his Team training and choice of race to run not arouse suspicion?

By the way, the doping was so common that nobody dared to flag it off as it would have implicated too many. Whether EPO or autologous.
I saw Armstrong's race by the way and it was impressive. Almost super human. Yes, it was only the last phase but still.

Would a black person have produced such performances and got away with it for so long? I remember Ben Johnson and others being caught promptly. I also remember Johnson and manager saying that doping was a normal thing across the board. That was in 1988.

I posted my opinion and the next thing you did is just attack? So that's your idea of a jet-age black man? Wow! Kudos.

FYI, I was educated alongside oyinbo and never let anybody's shenanigans bother me. I wonder why you believe you somehow know it better than other people.

Anyway, it's a faceless forum and anyone can show their uncouth or refined attitude freely. Nemo dat quod non habet.

This is sad. The truth is constant training is hard on the body. It’s no wonder they switch to chemical assistance.

He should pack it up. His career is over.

Okay so your grouse is that he wasn't caught on time even though it's still his fellow white people that caught him and ripped him of all awards which may not be a monumental disgrace to a biased mind sha, but it clearly is as monumental as monumental can be. I appreciate your knowledge of the subject but pls clear your mind of black bias, we got it too much and it has always set us back. Since you good with the details, tell me the effort and dedication it took to catch Armstrong, how many years of focused pursuit eventually exposed him and who put in that effort? That should show you a little of my perspective

US don't give residency easily and they are notorious for deportations. If he can't represent the university, his athletic scholarships becomes null and the uni would let him go and so would his visa sponsorship unless he can secure another but that would seem a rather talk order
