The Qs is the essential link between the client who commissions a construction project and the architect / engineer who designs. The quantity surveyor is an expert in construction costs,construction management, and construction communications. The Qs is a professional who aims to plan and control expenditure on the construction of all kinds,effective means of accounting for them from inception to completion.
