Atiku won 13 out of the 17 southern states. He only lost because of Buhari popularity in the north.

Tinubu cannot win the majority votes in southern Nigeria. He will finish second behind Peter Obi. The best he can do is win 5 or 6 states out of 17.

Tinubu also cannot win majority votes in northern Nigeria. He will finish second behind Atiku in northern Nigeria.
