Anyone who has 100m in the account can mop out all the new notes as far as they are ready to pay the 20% comission.

Here is the current solution.

Instruct banks to start paying N200 & N500 old notes on all ATM machine nationwide. This suffering will reduce.

Only the N1000 notes should not be paid from banks. But the bank should accept deposits of N1000 notes.
