The fatal victim was wearing yellow shorts and a gray sweater and was at the corner of Prosegur checking his cell phone, when a man walked up behind him and shot him in the head at very close range .

On video it was captured by the security camera of the surveillance company.

Preliminary versions would indicate that the murdered person resided in the neighboring neighborhood of Ceballos and apparently been released from prison

The Police assured that the deceased had a note for theft, drug trafficking, homicide and two for illegal possession of firearms.
