What is this guys? Why is inec silent on this type of vote buying. Is this not a form of vote buying now?

Now who was offered the inducement or bribe... During what election, where are the ballots and votes?!

These are recharge cards which are mere gift and you can term it bribe or inducement when election isn't going on
