A political party is boasting of 22 State Governors, 66 Senators and over 200 house of representatives members.

Each of these State they control boast of certain numbers of State house of reps members and Local Government Area Executives including councillors.

In an election, there are political party saboteurs and back stabbers....let us assume, this party has loyal party executive members of about 75% of what she is boasting of,....add numbers of aides these political executives controls...

Let's pause, during voters registration process, many of these political executives mobilise unregistered voters in their constituencies to register, providing logistics to ease the registration process..as a fact, you see them at registration centres, ensuring the people they mobilise register as fast as possible (this is where you see ordinary Nigerians complaining some people pay to shunt lines during voters card Registration process).

Now, imagine the numbers of electorates these people have influence on...give them average of 20 people each (guaranteed people they have influence over, they shoulder some of their social needs...remember these people have PVC, because they ensure they have it..for big guns from State House of rep members upward, they control more far more than 20 people).

Now, just imagine for a minute, the numbers of guaranteed votes these people already have.

This is what they called political structure.
