Finland will not arrest Simon Ekpa for declaring sit at home, he is free to declare sit home in any country he likes, whether russia, Saudi Arabia or Nigeria, its called freedom of speech

Finland will only arrest Simon Ekpa if they are given evidence that he us enforcing sit at home, and that evidence cannot be word of mouth.
