Bayelsa Industrialist, Dr. Eruani Azibapu pays Condolence visit to Bayelsa Governor, Douye Diri over the Demise of his Father.

Industrialist and President of Azikel Group, Dr. Eruani Azibapu CFR, on Wednesday 14th February, paid a condolence visit to Bayelsa State Governor Douye Diri at his country home in Sampou, over the death of his father, Late Pa Abraham Diri.

Late Pa Abraham Diri who is a retired Headmaster and the patriarch of the Diri family died on Sunday at the age of 88.

While speaking, Dr Eruani said that though it’s a sad moment, but Pa. Abraham Diri would be celebrated for producing the Governor, in whom he also inculcated good morals and values, evident in his leadership style in the state.

Said he “We are with you in this low moment, we are going to be with you till you lay Papa to rest."

Dr. Eruani further condoled the Sampou community and the State over the sad incident, stressing that the moment calls for Bayelsans to show love, unity and to be law abiding, which will invariably sustain peace and prosperity in the state.

Responding, Governor Douye Diri thanked the Azikel Group President for creating time of his busy schedule to commiserate with him over the demise of his father, describing him as a friend and a brother with not just a good heart, but also a loving heart for standing with him at his low moment in life.

Said he “because you are a brother you took it upon yourself that whatever happens to your friend also affect you and that’s why you are here and I thank you."
