Support whom you want to support and stop the crude and stale tribalism gaslighting rhetoric! there are Rivers people that will support Obi in large numbers and there are Rivers people that will support Tinubu and Atiku etc, it's the beauty of democracy so let the best man win. It's just irritating that idiots like the Op are so obsessed with yoruba vs Igbo when this election is way bigger than that, this election is supposed to right the wrongs that this APC government under Buhari has brought upon Nigerians, no be only Igbos dey suffer the pain, see how riots are happening all over the South West and South South!

Tinubu supporters have nothing else to campaign on except tribal bigotry. How easy do you think it is to sell a candidate with a history and present state like Tinubu? You go very low to appeal to emotions

For the umpteenth time, Obi will not win:

Akwa Ibom State
Bayelsa State
Cross River State
Delta State
Edo State
Rivers State

The rhetoric that Igbos supported Jonathan is the most stupid claim. No one in the Niger Delta gives a Bleep about Jonathan's support.

Orubebe who protested Buhari's victory and wanted to stop collation on live TV in 2015 is now in APC.

Reno Omokiri whom Jonathan brought to limelight and even went on exile because APC won is Obi's greatest tormentor online.

Wike's, Jonathan boy, has instructed his structure to deliver Tinubu.

I can go on and on grin

I dey laugh. Just don't call people betrayers because they never said they were going to vote your man.

Na una dey gum body, dey impose "SOUTH south" is for Obi grin

U must be a demented BATS-K-ARD. You want me as an Etche man to leave light and vote for darkness? You must be high on weed. If it's about tribe and ethnicity, I can't even leave a south Easterner for you tinubu. I found myself in River State but has my blood in Igbo land. Go mess yourself

You're loved darling...they think they can divide to rule us as they've been doing since 1967.

There is no top politician supporting Peter Obi. In Rivers State. I challenge you to name just one? Only online noise makers from Igbo states, disturbing the social media.

Everything you wrote is utter nonsense but I know it is the rumoured support from Gov. Wike that has made Tinubu's chief propaganda strategist ask you to write this so let me clear something for other readers:

In 2015 Governor Chibuike Amaechi (rivers state Governor at the time) defected to APC and supported Buhari. You know how many votes Buhari got? Less than 80k grin

Wike isn’t even supporting Tinubu publicly (if at all). If you think Tinubu can hit 25% in Rivers because Wike is rumoured to be privately supporting him then I have a bridge to sell to you.

The fact that Wike and Rivers people have managed to get Tinubu to waste valuable time (and propaganda resources lol) in the last few days of the election in a state where he has almost zero chance of getting 25% is surely one of the greatest storylines of this election

OP if you want to get a promotion in Tinubu’s propaganda department, tell him to stop wasting his time in Rivers and focus on other states. You’re welcome <3

I wish Tinubu can read some of these your post himself so he can see the utter garbage he is wasting his money on. His chief propaganda strategist needs to fire all of you. Try harder lol

The truth is that Rivers State have never been in the same page with the Igbos starting from the era of old eastern region. The Support Igbos gave to Jonathan is because they don’t have any option as they have made enemies with the North and Yoruba simple.

Back then Rivers people where agitating for the creation of Rivers State but the Eastern Region Govt under the control of the Igbo rejected the plea until General Gowon made it possible and created Rivers State. This is why Wike renamed Elekahia stadium to Yakubu Gowon Stadium.

Shortly after the creation of old Rivers State which included Bayela, Akwa IBom and Cross Rivers, Ojukwu former Governor of Eastern Region declared Biafra and again included Old Rivers State back to the Eastern Region which he called Biafra. It was a big shock to Rivers People

. A lot of our people were killed by Biafra Soldiers, that is why up till date, the Ijaw people of Rivers State have annual celebrations of their liberation from Biafran Soldiers. But how did it end? Igbos properties where declared abandoned in Port Harcourt. The Igbos should be asking for forgiveness and not votes.

There is no top politician supporting Peter Obi. In Rivers State. I challenge you to name just one? Only online noise makers from Igbo states, disturbing the social media.

Rivers people will vote Tinubu and also benefit from his government. Lagos State and Rivers State the two richest State will work together in terms of economic and infrastructural development. I urge the rest of our brothers in South South to vote Tinubu let us be with the center (Federal Govt) and benefit from his government

Election is few days to come, we will all be here and see the result of Rivers State. Quote me after election
thank you for that...but my brother, akwa ibom and cross river were never part of the old rivers state..

Old rivers state was created on 1967 before the viagra war, while old cross river was created after the war.
