We know these Governors do not care about the ordinary people in their states. Take Kaduna for example, bandits have severally pepertrated all manner of atrocities there including killing of innocent citizens and the man there never seriously complained or fought the way he is fighting over this old currency issue

To get a search warrant on a Governors house you must be investigating him, and show a probable cause to the court that would issue the warrant

Investigation of crime is the normal work of law enforcement agencies and I do not think they need court order to do that
