There is this saying that says

Remember to smile really ,even at spontaneous times it releases serotonin and dopamine in the brain literally making you feel good
True times are hard , its just means we need to step up our evolution to accept what we cannot change the average Nigerian wishes he can go back to when 1 dollar was a Naira , Sardine should be back to 80 naira , Fuel 80naira , biscuits 5 naira Sadly , this can never be the case again we need to accept our losses and live and Enjoy the today ,
Shamefully this is what the government bait drains right in front of our eyes these same traumatic promises to return us to a 'previous time " when we could use tickets to get the full meals

And pride comes with Ego
The Ego of letting go
Let's move on and accept what we really have no power over plus thinking and worrying even does not change anything in fact it only proscrbes to a wandering mind alternative events or unlikely situations that could happen meanwhile one or none of the streesed out thoughts actually comes to be , please don't be sad please don't hurt ,you're gonna be okay buddy , We all are
