One thing I noticed about this coming election, is that every campaign I had watched, most especially APC, PDP and LABOUR PARTY the intriguing part of it is:

APC will lavish money in procuring material things like aso ebi, vest uniform etc. while LABOUR PARTY is natural love and not money induced to gain supporters or hire supporters.

You're partly right, but LP is also trying to solidify their base and ensure PDAPC doesn't snatch 25% in any SS or SE state.

Peter Obi has campaigned in 3 places in Adamawa already. He has campaigned in multiple towns in Kogi. I believe he will still go to some of these states again based on their logistics.

Also, I see no reason why LP shouldn't get at least 25% in those states you mentioned. Except you believe Tinubu will win by landslide margins in those states, which is not possible.
