This Arindrin potter has one option to turn this shit over but his inexperience wont let him take the option and the option is (revert to a 4-4-3 formationl)...in the process of rebuilding a team i believe you need to take it a step at a time and take the pragmatic approach ....you need to be difficult to beat first then all other work can come in gradually...that's why tuchel did well at Chelsea ...this team won't beat Akwa united of Nigeria....cos the are easy to beat...in the first half they couldn't even won second balls and was so light in midfield

There's nothing stopping the guy from playing a 3-4-1-2 formation with Fofana and Havertz or any two strikers he prefer on at the same time with Felix or Mount or even Ziyech as a 10.

The moment Boehly sacked Tuchel without even giving him a chance to turn things around and replaced him with a rookie coach like Potter, I had this feeling that the club will go on a downward spiral. The man was even given a long term contract and has the full backing of the owner(s).

Very few people following EPL saw that rash decision to sack Tuchel coming. It was almost like a new owner sacking Klopp of Liverpool for going through a bad spell, some few weeks after taking over. That'll just be an outrage even to the most fair weather LFC fan.

I think that decision went beyond football reasons. I learnt that Tuchel didn't like any intrusion by the owner into his football management, and was quite closed up about things whereas Boehly wanted to have his own say on Tuchel's football decisions. It was just more of a personality/ego clash between them.

I had my reservations about the club hiring this coach.No form of disrespect to English coaches though,they seem to lack the cutting edge and sort of struggle at top level where they need to bring in their A - Game although there have been few exceptions.If you notice over time up to present most of the top football clubs in EPL are having to be coached by Non - English coaches. (Correct me if l am wrong).
