lordm:From that line I Marked That's where I get lost...When you divided both sides by 5 go get b^2= 12b What came to mind was to take the square root of both sides. But why did you divide further? And how can the √12b make b=12 at the end?

Oga use improper fraction to break down the antidote. Cross out that B then use the cross multiply to get the answer. Very simple.
