What El-Rugai said in many words, is that he is ready to indemnify Kaduna APC voters for the old notes they will accept in exchange for their votes, using Kaduna state statutory allocation or Tinubu's stash. Nasir is a two-faced, fork-tongued snake.

What's at issue with him is the delivery of majority Kaduna votes to Tinubu, in the face of fierce competition and uncertainty from Peter Obi and Datti Baba-Ahmed, who is enjoying massive support from the long-suffering people in southern Kaduna and Datti's Zaria region.
