Vacancy for a Shop Manager for Fashion Shop in Lagos Island,

Our reputable fashion shop located in Lagos Island's bustling Balogun Market is seeking a dynamic and experienced shop manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, sales, and customer service, and who has a proven track record of managing a successful retail operation.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff management
Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Monitoring and analyzing sales data and developing action plans to improve performance
Hiring, training, and managing a team of sales associates
Maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum Qualification National Diploma
