Candidate: I work and live in Nigeria.
Interviewer: How do you mean?
Candidate: Remote/hybrid work is not an option, fuel is gold, cash is scarce, commuting is hard, banking transactions are a struggle…I still make it to work everyday.
Interviewer: What’s your secret?
Candidate: (with a smile) There will always be bad days, but we move.
Interviewer: When can you start with us? Welcome to our family, sorry our organisation. You are hired.
