Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations and Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing operations and production processes effectively and efficiently, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and production, managing partner relationships, and preparing and delivering presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee all aspects of operations and production, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources and activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
● Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with customers to ensure that all parties are informed of any changes, progress, or issues.
● Prepare and deliver presentations.
● Conduct market research to develop new system initiatives and suggest improvements to current system.
● Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
● Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operation and production processes.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
● Monitor and evaluate the performance of operations and production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
● Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
● Manage budgets and resources to meet business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering.
● A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing operations and product processes.
● Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to meet objectives and deadlines.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.
● Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using PowerPoint for presentation preparation.
