A twitter user accused the party of sharing 30k to voters with transfer and also taking their PVCs with some on ground also confirming the news.

Information reaching me that “Yesterday APC guys went to ogbogonogo market in Asaba, Delta state and shared 30k each. They took their PVCs and registered some information on the PVCs.”
