There was a mild drama coupled with anxiety in Awka, capital of Anambra State in Southeastern Nigeria as officials likely to be security personnels flung PVCs from a flying helicopter barely 24hours after thousands of PVCs where found in Nnewi, tech hub of the same Anambra State. Many people from the region has lamented the inability of INEC official to give them their PVCs which in most case they label them missing. Meanwhile Anambra is the state of origin of Labour Party presidential flag bearer, Mr. Peter Obi. An eye witness account. 1 Share
