We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive that will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good client relationships.

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and must have have superior sales skills. He/She must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with doubts.

Location:Lekki phase1

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about a product or service using scripts
 Answer questions about products or the company
 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
 Enter and update customer information in the database
 Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
 Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
 Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

Requirements
Minimum of HND/BSC

1-3 years of experience

 Proven experience as Telesales executive or other sales/customer service role.
 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
 Excellent knowledge of English.
 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
