Could this be a technical, indirect vote buying or technical method of inducing,conning and manipulating voters. some of my friends have been receiving 30k Stipend in the last 48hours and even in the last 24hours.someone just got alert 15hours to election Please note that for the last 4 month NASIMS/Npower have not paid Batch C II and some outstanding payment for Batch CI. A friend woke me up this morning to tell me she got extra stipend even though she has received all her money and have conclude her programe. suddenly alert tone everywhere.

I just got alert too for September. I thought they are done with our Batch C1. This is a very sweet alert.  |
