Job Title: Finance Executive
Location: Lagos
Pay Scale: N110,000.00 – N120,000.00
Position Summary: Ensure proper postings of transactions, reconcile accounts payable and receivable, invoicing of clients on a monthly basis or as required, ensure timely payments of approved expenses and perform all financial routine jobs as instructed.
Essential Job Functions
1 Ensure timely payments of approved expenses
2 Ensure retirements of transactions
3 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable monthly.
4 Bank reconciliation statements
5 Ensure proper postings of transactions
6 Invoicing of clients on a monthly basis or as required
7 Ensure follow up with clients till payments are received
8 Keeping of account receivable, account payable and all relevant ledgers up to date
9 Comply with financial policies and regulations.
10 Remittances of statutory taxes, Pension etc
11 Fixed Asset Register management
12 Reconciling account payable & receivable ledgers with vendors and customers

Minimum Requirements
*Education: B.Sc/HND in Accounting or Finance
*Experience: 4 years+ experience and must have worked in audit firm
Skills & Knowledge: use of accounting software like Sage 50, Microsoft tools like Excel, Power point, word and strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
