Why did President Buhari, who is supposed to know display his cast ballot in public? Is this not supposed to be SECRET BALLOT?

I believe this is a tacit way of encouraging some voters that "look o, I voted for 'emi lokan' o". Nigeria is a messed up country, when even the president breaks the law, who will find him culpable?

Please, Lawyers should tell us what you think; Is it right for someone to display a ballot in public?
