Left for me the north should call their votes first since INEC treats them better by refusing to void votes, allow child voters and arrive early their PUs. I understand they don't even use BVAS bu here in the South BVAS is failing as much as 78% of voters in some polling units.

They allow the south to post their own figutes and then decide on how to bloat their figures, if that is not rigging, then I wonder what it is. INEC would either make of mar this election forever. We are watching.
