I thought INEC said the election results will be uploaded directly from the polling units to the viewing as voting is concluded at each polling unit; then why is there no single results uploaded on INEC portal almost 4 hours since voting ended?


Is INEC still leaving room for vote manipulation with this delay in uploading the polling unit results as promised ?

after they have manipulated it as usual? They said it will be instant upload as voting is completed at each polling unit, which would give no room for rigging
