Errrm let me guess...the country is two in one I supposed. The law for the south is different from that of the north. That's why from the Bight of Biafra to the MB, underaged children are not allowed, but in the so-called core north, they can triple the voting strength of MB and south by bringing in their children and non Nigerians to vote.

This is how slavery and subjugation starts.

It is hard to maintain two names, dates of birth, and record if you plan to write jamb , waec and have good profile. For almajiris, no biggie.

This is not a fault for the southern Nigerians.

During INEC registration, the north will register everyone including kids.... While the south will ask the kids to go and play. Whike they try to do the right thing.

After election, the south will always be quicker to announce its results and the north will capitalize on those numbers to fetch figures for its preferred candidate.
