Tinubu antecedent in religion tolerance and being a Yoruba Muslim that has no history of terrorism and religion violence really helped him. Religion division many Igbo sold out to yorubas to sell Obi did not work out. They shouted yorubas-muslim vs yorubas-christian tirelessly, yet; obi could not get 10% in any south west states outside Lagos as predicted.

Igbo can now see that religion division can not work in yoruba land. Ekiti and ondo are highly Yoruba Christian states that first locked out obi from getting 25% with no mercy. This is the reason Tinubu used muslim-muslim formular to hijack votes from north. Tinubu knows he woundn't have problem with his yoruba Christians supporting him. And he knows no matter what he does good, he can't please igbo christians. So, you can see how northerners voted for him now to complement south west votes.

Igbos should learn positive things from Tinubu and yorubas. It is the effect of Affenifere, obasanjo, Yoruba artists and their supporters that made it possible for obi to win that sympathy votes in some areas in Lagos because effect of only Igbo can never yield that kind of today result in Lagos as witnessed in many previous elections from other oppositions Igbos support in Lagos. Another time without this kind of yoruba support in the future, he shouldn't think he can win Lagos because very soon now they will be thinking of winning Lagos gubernatorial election.

Formular that worked for him today wouldn't always work like that in Lagos. He only got sympathy votes from yorubas
