To be honest Mahmoud needs to be arrested.

The man appeared many times before many committees and almost swore that the BVAS system would work.

Even the governors at one time were skeptical about the technology but Mahmoud kept promising and pushing.

Many even began insulting the governors and some other people doubting, telling them that they wanted to rig that's why they were against the BVAS technology.
