Nigerians need to stop attempting to revive people who faint/slump. It's time wasted. All efforts need to be directed to IMMEDIATELY getting people who faint/slump to a hospital.

Few Nigerians have any kind of first aid training. Fewer still understand the basics of CPR and when it's applicable.

Attempting to revive someone who faints/slumps, most likely by pouring water on them, is a waste of time.

The situation is probably further complicated by the crowd of nosy people who'd gather round and further suffocate the victims.

No one should try to revive anyone, unless they're trained to do so.
