What if that polling unit was cancelled because of one irregularity?

Is it not possible?

The reason why elections are always rigged in Nigeria is because, the defeated folks are not braved enough to fight for justice and clinch their mandate by force. Before you say Jack, they chicken out.

In Cote D' Ivoire, Laurent Gbagbo rigged election and declared himself president sometime in 2010, but Allasane Quattara stood his ground and staged a paradelle government, which wrestled power with Gbagbo's regime and snatched power with the support of France and other world leaders that saw what played out in the presidential election, which was openly rigged by the sitting president himself. Gbagbo was of course, "Gbagboed out!" in 2011.

What I expect Obi and Atiku to do right now is to plan for a parallel government in Nigeria lets slug it out for once. enough is enough. After all, in 2015 the same APC threatened PDP with parallel government if they are rigged out. The international community saw the shameful acts of rigging displayed by APC in this election. No sane country should accept Tinubu as a legitimate president of Nigeria. We must STOP rigging in our elections like this. Why it keeps repeating itself is because the opposition always chicken out. Going to court will not help anybody. Nigeria has a very weak judicial system. Justice in Nigeria is for the highest bidder. The judicial system needs total overhaul.

As far as we are concerned, Bola Tinubu is not Nigerian president elect, and the whole world saw what happened.

Then in entire local government where they got more 100 votes they couldn't get at least 1 votes?

There is such rigging across states and because they want to avoid cancellation due to over-voting, they remove labour party votes and add to themselves

Another possibility is that, not all the votes from the local government has been updated by the time the person checked, we can only complain when we have 100% upload and there discrepancies.
