It's an understatement to say that most of our leaders in Nigeria are grossly corrupt and they are not willing to change. The question is why are they so corrupt? And my answer is this;

1. They are not conscious of the afterlife. We will all stand before the judgment throne of God one day and give account of our lives to God. And those who done evil works will end up burning in the pit of hell.

What then is the profit if you gain the whole world and lose your soul.

2. Greed and Selfishness. They think about themselves and they are never satisfied with what they have. So, they do whatever they can to get more for themselves even when it hurts other people.

This is wickedness and it will never go unpunished.

3. Lack of moral building messages in most of our religious institutions even our churches.

Some of these thieves are even leaders in some churches. They are given the front seats because of the money they contribute.

4. They inherited the system of corruption from those ahead of them. Oh, this is how we always do it. So, let's continue to do it that way.

I urge our leaders to repent because when you die, your wealth will not be buried with you. Even if you leave it for your children, they will end up like you.

Why mortgage your soul for a temporary riches and pleasure on earth?

The recently concluded presidential election just proved that they are not ready to change. But I trust God to revive this land very soon. Righteousness will be enthroned and Nigeria will be great again.

But those who continue to practice wickedness and corruption will end up in the Lake of Fire. They will weep and gnash their teeth for the rest of their lives.

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
