This is clearly a 2007 honda city,not 2008. The 2008 is the new model viper,I know my cars,its like saying the 2007 EOD ended in 2008 when they both clearly have different bodies.
From google to autotrader
To ebay to anycar website And not to mention honda themselves,you would not see this as 2008,
Besides there are honda outlets here in lagos that I have been to looking for a cheap traded-in one

Even the vin would inform you that its a 2007 model not 08.
