APC won 57% of senatorial seats around the country. Labour won 7. How come the senate seats corresponds with the presidential results yet Labour is crying that they win on TV?

Someone can win presidency without winning a single senatorial seat. They won 12 states which is equivalent to 34 senators because of Abuja.

True highest number of votes in 12 states but the constitution don't care whether you won 1 state or no state...Do you have the highest number of votes overall....Labour came 3rd o grin grin grin grin

The constitution also considers spread....25% in 25 states (FCT counts as a state in the counting).....Labour has 25% in about 16 states........

LP dey play......Apart from SE.....I am not sure LP can win any gubernatorial election next saturday.........

When it comes to local politics in the 11 states LP won on Saturday local votes went to other parties....e.g Lagos APC won all 3 senatorial positions, Edo...APC won 2 senatorial seats, Delta APC won 2 senatorial seats etc

Just the way, someone with 8million plus, won an election in a country of over 200 million. In an election that had the most turnout ever in the history of Nigeria but had the lowest aggregate total.

Infact an election that the winner had the lowest votes since 1999.
If you are logically smart you will understand why

Agbado republic neither igbo, hausa or yoruba. They are benefactor of this rotten system. Don't buy this idea of sectionalizing event again in Nigeria. They are about to concentrate talking to igbos as if to say it was only igbos that voted. Every tribe voted. So let everyone start telling them it wasn't only igbos that voted. This guy's have studied the system with their weaknesses. Average easterner always wish his or her name to be mentioned all the time. Now let igbos defeat this name calling and educate whoever wanted to bring up igbos voted him, that every tribe voted. This is the fact. I know there is always ukpabia asika, ndi Agbodo republic.

I wonder o, LP is crying more than the bereaved. PDP with the 2nd highest votes and more senatorial seats will not only be crying that they won but shall be wailing and asking to be sworn instead. It is entirely funny.

And Lp numbers were greatly reduced and added to emilokan

Make Obi go court spend some money on lawyers who will be too willing to chop him money.

He can keep saying he won...meanwhile Tinubu will be sworn in and will continue his administration......by the time people experience good governance na Obi and ipob go remain for the struggle.
