Lawyers in the house who have read the new electoral act extensively and are familiar with post election cases, does obi stand a chance at the courts?

The proper question is 'Can the Judges stand the fury of the people, if they discountenance the glaring facts on ground and open evidence of electoral robbery as witnessed by the world?.

Their integrity or whatever is left of it is at stake. The global community is watching. The embassies are also watching.

Win or loose, it's imperative to retrieve any votes stolen.

It will enable us to have accurate data for analysing our strengths and weaknesses.

We cannot work for baboon to come and chop.

In some places it was so bad that they merely erased Labor party and wrote APC as heading.

Inec also blatantly broke it's own rules. They will need to defend that too because deleting their old tweets about BVAs isn't enough.

I understand that a lot of people are emotional, if the election was free and fair, Tinubu would have lost, the other parties didn't plan for a worst case scenario, they believed in BVAS and Irev system. Numerous meetings were held abroad between Tinubu and his team, they were prepared for post election cases since last year, especially with the appointment of osibanjo as the head of the APC PCC legal team, and also the appointment of the new CJN, the governor of Rivers is a lawyer and he's also highly connected in the legal circles, if BAT could be removed by the courts, he wouldn't have rigged the election so brazenly in his state.

I asked for opinions of lawyers that have read the new electoral act extensively, the case can be won on technicality, and from events playing out now, it seems the APC have done their home work, even before 1/3 of the results had been announced, Fayemi sent out a congratulatory message on Twitter. Those guys are not fools..

Thank you for your submission, since Thiefnubuu has been ready since 20 years ago for post-election litigation, then lets meet there.

We need to see and identify the names of the Judges who are on his payroll as the global community watches the legal fireworks. How can we do that if we don't go to court? It is part of the progress we seek in the dismantling of their criminal structures in all facets of governance.
We have identified the members of the criminal structures in the Executive and legislative like Mahmoud, Wike, Fayemi, Gandollar Doguwa, et al. Forward march to the judiciary.

All the three arms will go through the scrutiny.

Why do Nigerians place too much importance on the international community, elections have always been rigged in Nigeria, the elections that ushered in OBJ, Yaradua, GEJ, Buhari were all rigged, how did the global community respond to those elections? In their countries, there's been allegations of rigging, who sanctioned them?

you're dealing with a ruthless incumbent, Ahmed lawan and Akpabio's names were presented as candidates for senatorial elections in clear violation of the electoral act, there was little or no uproar, what makes you think they will lose at the supreme court?

Your rulers actually do place too much importance on these international communities than their own country. All their
children school in those countries, they go there for medicals, Sen Lawan has dual citizenship just like many other politicians.

So yes, we will place emphasis on the views of those foreign countries that your rulers kowtow to. A serving Senator is currently in jail in one of the countries for human trafficking and organ harvesting, a serious crime that he would have gotten away with back home in Nigeria. I hear he even has UK citizenship.

So, please, be not clever by half. You attack your enemy with what he holds dear if you must win.

So evil should continue repeatedly.
How do you want peace in the land without justice and equity?

So should we allow this evil to always stand?

We told our people not to take to the streets. Still, we are being vilified for going to court.

What's the way forward in your own opinion?

Empires have risen and fallen!

Same way evil men have their expiry dates.

The Court will rule in favor of Emilokan Tinubu, if you troop to Court or to the streets, you will be used for shooting practice by soldiers that ran away from Boko Haram.

The international community that is watching should first go and resolve why American last election was so flawed that Americans trooped to the US Assembly to beat up legislators

Ekweremmadu was not arrested for rigging. He committed a crime in the united kingdom, OBJ introduced rigging in our system and he's still respected abroad...

There were no phones, BVAS or iREV during OBJ's time, so it was difficult to prove. Today, everybody is a walking camera. The evidence of the rigging is as clear as day and night.

Even some of these Judges who are also part of the society, have pictures of the mutilated and rigged polling unit results in their phones as we speak, and perception is already being formed in the truthful ones, except the hardened criminal ones who will be identified as the litigation progresses.

Obi that only have 17 states for 25percent? He's just wasting time. Even Atiku had 21, non of them had 24. It's only Tinubu that has that spread , he had 30. His election is pan Nigeria.

He could only score 25% of the votes and above in just 16 state. He lost woefully
