SYNW SET TO START HER ANNUAL WEBINAR LECTURE SERIES
SYNW (Society of Young Nigerian Writers) is excited to announce the start of its annual webinar lecture series, beginning on February 28th, 2023. This year's series will focus on various aspects of creative writing, publishing, e-book production, editing, children's literature, indigenous literature, copywriting, and more.
The lecture series is designed to bring together aspiring writers and seasoned professionals to share their knowledge and experiences with each other. The series will provide a platform for attendees to learn from experts in the field and gain valuable insights into the writing and publishing industry.
According to Mr. Wole Adedoyin, the President of SYNW, "We are excited to kick off our annual webinar lecture series. This year's series will feature a range of topics that are relevant to the needs of both aspiring and established writers. We are confident that the attendees will find the series informative, engaging, and inspiring."
The webinar lecture series will include a lineup of notable speakers who will be sharing their expertise on various topics. The speakers include well-known authors, publishers, editors, and other professionals in the writing industry. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the speakers and ask questions.
The lecture series will cover topics such as "Crafting Compelling Prose," "The Business of Writing and Publishing," "Marketing Your Book in the Digital Age," and "Writing for Children and Young Adults." The series will also include sessions on indigenous literature, copywriting, and e-book production.
Each webinar will last for approximately 90 minutes and will be delivered via Whatsapp. Attendees can register for the entire series or choose specific webinars that they are interested in. The webinars will be recorded, and attendees will have access to the recordings after the series.
The webinar lecture series is open to anyone interested in writing, regardless of their level of experience. Attendees can expect to gain valuable knowledge and insights into the writing and publishing industry. The series is also an excellent opportunity to network with other writers and industry professionals.
SYNW is a literary organization dedicated to promoting and developing young Nigerian writers. The annual webinar lecture series is one of the many initiatives that the organization has taken to support young writers and provide them with opportunities to develop their skills and knowledge.
