*Job title* -Hub Officer
*LOCATIONS*: Ikeja, Lagos Island, Ikorodu
*Industry*: Logistics/E-Commerce
*Take Home* - 80, 000 naira net
*Age* - not more than 28 years
*Gender* - male (for gender balance)

*Responsibilities*:
• Attending to walk-in merchants.
• Ingest and Package the shipments of walk-in merchants and dropped off shipments.
• Onboard clients and merchants on our mobile App
• Communicate with merchants, courier partners and internal teams to manage and resolve billing and/or rate issues.

* Qualification and requirement:*
• Bachelors/HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or other related courses
• minimum of *one* year experience in E-commerce, logistics, customer service
• Proven working experience as a *Logistics/e-commerce personnel*
• Proficient in standard logistics software
