The key thing in court cases is Affidavit... All your evidence must be in your affidavits which you must swear an oath on cos you could be punished for lying under oath.

Which evidence both LP and Pdp want to present at the court when they don't have polling agents in reasonable number of polling units. How would you claim they rigged you in some particular area when you knew you don't have agents to be the witness to testify at court.

The announcement was done after collation of all the results from the 37 States on Tuesday 28th March,2023, a whole 72 hrs after the election...how was this hurriedly done?

Take Edo state for instance , INEC gave Peter Obi about 300k votes but the results posted by INEC on their own portal for EDO state shows Peter Obi got over 600k votes in Edo state. INEC will come and explain to Nigerians how they did the magic.

Take out ur time and visit the IREV, take a state and analyse it polling unit by polling unit, then marry it with the nonsense INEC called, u will u.derstand Tinubu is on a long thing.

If the irregularities were perpetuated by the defendant, and the petitioner had sought for relief of being declared the winner, the court will grant the relief if there is evidence.
