My Dog got hit by a car two days ago.... It was injured in the two legs. I suppose it has internal bleeding as well because it's stomach is swollen. The dog is still alive but is managing to crawl. Can anyone help me with medications that can foster healing of the bone and can I use paracetamol in small dosage to ease its pain?
