Guy's please I'm in need of a help🙏 a tech guy or software engineer pls help, i just bought a new infinix hot 10play just yesterday, was setting the phone, so I updated the phone online, everything was working fine, so suddenly the back flashlight stopped working, I can't use it as touch right now, even the front camera flashlight stopped including the back as well.... what could be the problem please someone help😭😭😭 I dey plan go return am but I don't know what happens next over there if they will still collect it back

What you need to do is to relax, make official complain and they're release another update to clear the bug error.....


Anyway, the software engineers should dive in and help thee out!

Factory reset the phone back to it former state when you bought it.
Them no go even collect am back because you don upgrade am.It is against the warranty terms.
