The fact is, most of them are loan sharks. I don't blame them though....these loans are naked, unsecured loans...so the probability of return of the principal is low which makes the loan very very risky. So in line with risk-return analysis, the higher the risk, the higher will be the return. Now, the return is the interest. 2 Likes 1 Share |
