What is going on in this country. I was a Tinubu supporter but I want to get to the root of this matter. If Peter Obi is the winner, he should be declared the winner. The manipulation seems to be getting out of hand. Someone must collate polling unit by polling unit, ward by ward, lga by lga and state by state all the results on the IREV portal and see who actually won. My advise to LP is to hire a large number of savy youths for this exercise if they have not done so already.

BVAS is law, you cannot be allowed to destroy evidence.

You know one thing. This case is hanging INEC at the most difficult place.
If they allow the data in the BIVAS, truth will be revealed and INEC atrocities will come to light.

If they engage in spoliation of evidence (legal term for tampering or destructions of evidence), the judge can adopt adverse inference charge against INEC.
Adverse inference charge is where the judge will award negative judgement against the party that destroyed the evidence.
So, in either ways, Obi has upper hands.
