AdaojoTheUrchin: You know one thing. This case is hanging INEC at the most difficult place. If they allow the data in the BIVAS, truth will be revealed and INEC atrocities will come to light. If they engage in spoliation of evidence (legal term for tampering or destructions of evidence), the judge can adopt adverse inference charge against INEC. Adverse inference charge is where the judge will award negative judgement against the party that destroyed the evidence. So, in either ways, Obi has upper hands. 2 Likes 1 Share |
