Mind Thrive Mentorship Program is one of our inner circle activities aimed at helping undergraduate students comprehend the benefits of networking, providing career-setting and professionalism, and assisting students in navigating their intended goals. The program connects undergraduate students with prominent industry and academic leaders (mentors) to learn and have industry-related exposure for six weeks. Thus, our mentors are high-ranking professionals across diverse industries ranging from law, medicine, technology, entrepreneurship, engineering, to business management.

The objectives of the program include the following:

Provide undergraduate students with guidance, advice, and feedback from industry leaders with vast work experiences
Help students develop their professional and leadership abilities
Help students in meeting their career goals by honing new skills and capabilities
To ensure that students have the required skills and knowledge for a smooth transition into the workforce.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the Mind Thrive Mentorship Program, applicants must:
• Be a full-time undergraduate student in the sophomore class and above in any recognized tertiary institution in Africa
• Be willing to learn and receive professional coaching from industry leaders
• Have demonstrated excellent academic and extra-curricular records
• Have great communication, leadership, and other interpersonal skills
