Job Description

Understand job procedures & duties.
Configuration, Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all clients’ network equipment on ICSL Wireless Metropolitan Infrastructure for data and internet services delivery.
Check for LOS, height & taking the proper coordinates of the sites.
Applying technical ability to work more efficiently /effectively (time management)- MTTR.
Document reports to Manager Access Network on all sites visited.
Provide appropriate feedback via the telephone.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

A graduate or HND or OND or Certification
At least 2 years experience as a rigger/Technician
Ability to complete the job thoroughly, accurately, neatly & well organized. (proper cable running)
Ability to relate & give adequate feedback to other Departments
Ability to provide complete support to customers.
Ability to take on additional responsibilities willingly
Ability to evaluate & select the appropriate course of action to resolve problems.
