In law both the plantiff and the defendant have the right to check and evaluate the election materials.This is not an abberation. No matter how early a child wakes up he will see the stump of a tree in the farm!

He might burn it oh, please don't grant him or his lawyers this motion.
They want to inspect the evidence to know how they will maneuver this case in their favour. Such must not be granted. Not to them nor the opposition.

Infact these materials need to be secured away from INEC before we hear of fire incidents or snake swallowing election materials.

They thought that under disguise of taking redress on the outcome of the election in court, they can use that as a tool to tamper with election materials.

Tinubu that foresighted their plans, he quickly approach court to make a request for sighting and copying of those evidences before commencement of the case at tribunal.

Very brilliant of you, my president elect. The mandate given to him by Nigerians must be protected.

This is a very wrong move. It shows that he is doubting if he actually won. As if Tinubu is looking for a way to argue that the election is rigged. That will give ground to the electoral tribunal to cancel the election
